How to Wire Lights in Electricity Bricklayer: Power Builds and Get Paid
Route wire from a power source to each connection point to power the build and collect your payout. How to fix unpowered structures in Electricity Bricklayer.
To wire lights in Electricity Bricklayer, run wire from a power source to every connection point shown on the build, one after another. Once each point is connected, the structure is powered, the job counts as finished, and you collect the full payment. Getting the routing wrong at first does not fail the job — it just leaves the structure unpowered and holds your payout until you correct it.
How to wire a structure
On higher-tier builds, wiring is a second task layer on top of placing bricks: the structure requires electrical wiring before it counts as finished. Work through it in order:
- Finish the build. Place the structure's bricks as usual. If the job includes a wiring requirement, the build will not pay out on bricks alone.
- Find the connection points. Every structure that needs power shows its connection points visibly on the build, so circle the structure and note each one.
- Route wire from the power source to each connection point, in sequence. A methodical pass — left to right, ground to ceiling — makes it easy to see that no point was skipped.
- Confirm the structure is powered. Once every connection point is wired, the job completes and the full payment is collected.

If a finished job is not paying
Incorrect wire routing never fails a job outright. It leaves the structure sitting unpowered and blocks the payout until corrected. So if a build looks complete but the cash never arrives, go back and check for connection points you missed or wired out of order. Re-route the wire to each point and the payout releases — nothing is lost by fixing it late.
When wires will not connect
Players have reported grid-snap problems when placing wire in tight spaces on lower-end devices: the wire can clip through walls or fail to connect. The reported workaround is to toggle grid snap off and place the wire manually. This is a known, community-reported bug sitting in the developer's patch queue, so a future patch may change how it behaves — the updates page is the place to watch.
